My Thoughts on the MeVee App

MeVee Review

It’s pretty easy for me to say that I am social media obsessed. So when I was contacted to be one of the first to use a new streaming app, MeVee, I jumped at the chance. MeVee is a social media live streaming platform that captures the can’t miss moments. MeVee records your live videos – they won’t disappear unless you delete them. Push the “Go Live” button to start broadcasting worldwide. Share your streams on all major social media channels. Anyone can view the streams, even without downloading the app.

Explore MeVee to discover interesting, funny, and newsworthy content. You can also live stream privately with a friend or a group. The MeVee app is available on the Apple App Store starting January 3.

MeVee Review

So far I have watched several videos from other users and really enjoy the quality and ease of use. I have streamed twice already and found it super easy to set up. You get to name that stream, tweet out that you are streaming and then start! I’d have to say the best thing about this app is that anyone can watch the stream, even if they don’t have the app. It’s a great way to get someone who hasn’t heard of the app yet to see the streams before they download it. Also, your videos aren’t deleted until you decide to. I always get so frustrated when I see that someone streamed on another app but I can’t watch it now because you can only watch live. One issue I had with the app was when I would switch in between the front and back camera of my phone. It would freeze and anything I said during that time wouldn’t be in the video.

My two streams covered a makeup look that was up on the blog on Friday (my Born Pretty Haul post) and my entire Chanel nail polish collection! You can watch these streams online on my MeVee profile page or on the app itself.

Hope you all enjoy watching my streams! There will be more to come in the future.

til next time…
